Lauren Beslow, MD, MSCE, FAHA

Dr. Lauren Beslow is a pediatric neurologist at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She specialized in neonatal and pediatric stroke and brain vascular malformations. Dr. Beslow has been a member of the International Pediatric Stroke Study since 2007. Dr. Beslow developed an interest in HHT during her pediatric stroke fellowship when she met a 7 year old girl with HHT who presented with a brain hemorrhage due to an undiagnosed AVM. In 2021-2022, Dr. Beslow was the Brain Vascular Malformation Consortium scholar and has been working with Cure HHT and the BVMC Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia core on several research projects related to brain vascular malformations in children with HHT. She is the neurologist in Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s multidisciplinary HHT Clinic and part of the Penn HHT Center of Excellence.
