Reservations must be made by the cut-off date to guarantee a room for the event.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be made, modified or cancelled by Event attendees at a URL to be established by Hotel and published by Group to potential Event attendees.
All reservations must be made on or before the Cut-Off Date (May 17, 2023)
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card when making the reservation. To avoid the cancelation fee of the first night’s room and tax, guests may cancel their reservation by 4pm PST 48 hours prior to their arrival. Guaranteed reservations not cancelled within the 48 hours prior to arrival will be billed to the guest or Group, as appropriate.
