*ALL reservations shall be made by the participants using the link provided or by phone by the Hotel in order to have access to the special negotiated rates. Reservations made by third parties or other channels won’t be credited towards to the contracted room block.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

CUT-OFF DATE

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 03/22/2024. At this Cut-Off Date, the Hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the group rate after this date. 

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION

Individual room reservations may be canceled without penalty charges if notice is given 24 hours prior to arrival. If guest does not have a valid cancellation number prior to this time, guest may be subject to a cancellation charge of one night’s room and tax.

Parking Information

Parking is free for all attendees for the duration of the conference. There is a garage entrance to the right of the hotel and outdoor parking to the left. 

Covid-19 Policy

Cure HHT seeks to provide a safe and healthy environment for its
meetings and events participants. 

Vaccine Policy Statement

Cure HHT strongly recommends that all participants of its in-person meetings and events stay “up to
date” with their COVID-19 vaccination to protect themselves from risk of serious illness. This
means receiving all recommended doses of the primary vaccination series and any vaccine booster
doses recommended by the CDC or for international attendees by your national government.

Face Coverings

Community level is low in Valley Forge, PA. We encourage but do not require meeting
participants to wear face coverings in indoor public spaces during in-person convenings.

If you are feeling sick, we encourage you to social distance, get tested, and wear a mask to protect those around you.
