***Young Professionals are defined as undergraduates, graduate students, post-docs, medical students, residents, clinical fellows, or PhD Candidates
+Guest fee does not include access to the sessions, meals served during the conference (other than those  indicated), or electronic copy of presentation materials

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations must be made in writing on or before March 15, 2024 for a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after March 15. Hotel room cancellations must be made through the The Alloy in King of Prussia, PA per their policy (24 hours in advance)

Attire: 

Conference attire is casual for all participants, including the Saturday evening welcome reception.

Registration Fee* includes:

  • Access to all sessions

  • All meals served throughout the conference (breakfast (2), lunch (1), breaks(3))

  • Welcome Reception on Saturday night

Scholarship Information

Scholarships are available for patients, family members, and caregivers to cover registration fees. This is on a first come first serve basis. Please do not register for the conference until you receive a response from conference@curehht.org.
